User Guide

No installation is required. Choose a tool, add your files, adjust the settings and download the result.

Basic workflow

  1. Choose a PDF or image tool from the homepage.
  2. Drop files into the page or choose them from your device.
  3. Adjust page ranges, order, quality or output format.
  4. Process the task and download the generated file.

Files and privacy

OnePDF processes the main file operations locally in your browser. You may need to select files again after closing or refreshing the page.

Troubleshooting

Make sure the file is not damaged or password-protected, and use a current version of Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox. Contact us if the problem continues.
